3rd day of rain, drought officially over

It’s freezing cold, 35 degrees, and raining. So, this is the third day of rain in the Madison area. So far my rain gauge says 4.1 inches. The average annual rainfall for this area is 30.9 inches. The drought is officially over.

Now if the daffodils and tulips would start blooming. :-) They have such an easy time of it at Keukenhof. I’d love to get back their for a few days.
